Teacher Accounts
Teachers registering for a Serpynt teacher account must provide accurate school and contact information. Teacher accounts are subject to verification before full classroom features are enabled. We reserve the right to reject or revoke teacher accounts that provide false information.
Classroom Features
Teachers are responsible for ensuring appropriate use of classroom features, including chat, homework assignments, and student data, in line with their school's policies and applicable safeguarding requirements. Serpynt provides tools but does not supervise classroom interactions.
Payments and Refunds
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly (or annually/lifetime as selected). You may cancel at any time via your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused subscription time, except where required by law.
Termination
Serpynt may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends immediately.
Limitation of Liability
Serpynt is provided "as is" for educational purposes. We are not liable for exam results, grades, educational outcomes, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding any claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
