How do I get my teacher account verified?+
Register at the Teacher Portal with your school details. We review applications manually — select 'Teacher Verification' when contacting us to speed things up.
Can I get a refund?+
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, but we don't offer refunds for partial billing periods. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
